Supercazzola

The Supercazzola is a machine to pre-mix alcoholic cocktails and package them in biodegradable single-serving envelopes. The cocktails will be created and signed by world-class mixologists and sold under the name NIO—short for ‘Needs Ice Only’. .This project aims to investigate the feasibility of developing the Supercazzola and the market for individually packaged cocktails.
