Projectgegevens.Main applicant: Verum Software Tools B.V..Project title: Feasibility assessment on Dezyne dynamic behaviour extraction (Dezyne).Topsector: High Tech Systems and Materials (HTSM) & ICT.Project period: 01-06-2019 - 31-12-2019..The goal of this project is to examine the feasibility to devise a general purpose means of automatically extracting partially complete Dezyne Modelling Language (DML) models from legacy software. Dynamic behaviour extraction will deliver significant benefits in terms of lower-cost-of-ownership and systems that are future proof in terms of being adaptable to more and more rapidly changing demands. Such a reverse engineering tool will ultimately be sold as an add-on product on Verum’s Dezyne family towards existing customers...This technical feasibility study starts on 1 June 2019 and has an elapse time of 7 months. Project costs will amount up to 50,000 EUR, based upon:.- 45kEUR R&D man-hours Verum Software Tools B.V..- 5kEUR third party costs (subcontracting).Hence, a MIT contribution of 20,000 EUR is requested.
