Safer and better yielding blockchain based lending products/services

We will create a feasibility study evaluating the safety and viability of blockchain based loans, primarily based on Ethereum, and propose ways to increase the safety of the loans for both the lenders and borrowers. We will create a prototype demonstrating the result of our feasibility study, which will help lenders and borrowers conduct safer and better yielding lending on the blockchain. The feasibility study will also compare these blockchain based loans with more traditional finance loans, and evaluate the feasibility of the general consumer taking advantage of these new blockchain based lending products. Research into the regulatory landscape will also be conducted, to discover how such a product or service would exist in the current regulatory environment.....We will conduct in-depth research in the latest protocols and solutions available for blockchain based loans. Once a thorough research of the market and competitors is completed, we will evaluate different solutions for creating safer loans, for both the lenders and borrowers. We will evaluate the success of each proposed solution by creating early prototypes which can be deployed, used, and tested by borrowers and lenders. We will gather data from these prototypes to evaluate the feasibility of creating safer blockchain based lending products or support services...In addition to the above, a comparison study will be made for traditional finance lending products to discover the competitivness and safety of blockchain based lending products.
