Regio Noord | The Prodigy

The Prodigy project will expand on our successful pilot in supporting the Molecular Tumor Board at the University Medical Center Groningen with advice on which targeted therapy to select for individual patients. The pilot study of the Protyon algorithm is focused on one lung cancer driver and requires significant investment of human time for its manual operation. In this feasibility study, we want to expand the use cases of our algorithms to other cancer drivers, automate our algorithm and test its scalability on cloud. This will allow us to widen our scope, improve cost efficiency and address the increasing demand.
