Energy evaluation of fish feeds

This project aims to develop a net energy (NE) evaluation method for aquafeeds, narrowing the historically existing gap with feed formulation for terrestrial farm animals (from gross energy (GE), digestible energy (DE) towards NE evaluations systems). In NE systems the energy value is differentiated per type of digested nutrient (there are currently no NE evaluation systems for fish. As explained above and confirmed in the support letters)
