the project will deliver proof that the proposed new methodology in nutrition and health research, by challenging homeostasis before and after an intervention and monitoring response profiles of selected biomarker sets, is a superior approach to reveal improvement of general health by diet or dietary ingredients. Based on the outcomes of this project, product-tailored studies can be developed yielding evidence-based commercially useful outcomes.
