Analysis of Flow Fields for the Assesment of global BLockage Effect

pThe project aims to demonstrate the value of state-of-the-art measurement, data analysis and wind flow modelling techniques in understanding the impacts of Global Blockage on offshore wind farm energy yield. The AFFABLE partners will work together to synthesise large amounts of data measured at the Heligoland wind farm cluster – the design of which is uniquely appropriate for this study – to test a number of hypotheses about the existence and importance of Global Blockage. | In dit project kan het bedrag onder Rijksbijdrage ook deels afkomstig zijn van andere subsidieverstrekkers.
